Majdoleen Aboudi

Majdoleen Aboudi currently serves as Chief Legal Officer for Africa, India, and the Middle East, as well as Head of Legal & Ethics Officer for the Middle East and India at Air Liquide since September 2020. Additionally, Aboudi is a Board Director at Air Liquide Arabia JV since September 2021. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at GE Power as Lead Counsel and Power Compliance Officer, where over USD 3 billion in services across the AIM region was supported. Aboudi has also held significant legal roles at Axon Solutions Middle East, Rashid Bin Shabib & Associates, Jordan Kuwait Bank, and United Lawyers Law Firm. Aboudi's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Jordan, with expertise encompassing commercial and civil law, compliance, corporate governance, and legal consultation in various sectors.
