Simon Laval

Simon Laval is an experienced professional in user research and service design, currently serving as a Team Leader and International Technical Community Leader at Air Liquide since November 2019. Prior roles include Lead and Senior User Researcher & Service Designer at Air Liquide, and User Researcher & Service Designer at Saint-Gobain Research Paris from March 2015 to November 2019. Earlier experience encompasses positions as a User Experience Designer at RATP and Carrefour in early 2015, as well as User Experience & Brand Designer at MrSmith Studio in 2012. Simon Laval holds a Master of European Design from ENSCI - Les Ateliers, alongside additional educational experiences at Politecnico di Milano and Köln International School of Design.
