Stanislav Borodkin

Stanislav Borodkin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in ethics and compliance, particularly in the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Global Ethics and Compliance Officer at Air Liquide since August 2016, Stanislav has progressed through various roles, including Legal, Compliance, and Security Director, Head of Legal Department, and Senior Lawyer. Prior to Air Liquide, Stanislav worked at Deloitte as a Senior Legal Consultant, specializing in legal research, due diligence, and documentation. Additional experience includes a role as a Legal Consultant at Air Liquide and internships at Renault. Stanislav holds a degree from Moscow State Linguistic University and further education from the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, along with a brief academic experience at Université Paris Nanterre.
