Telma da Silva Millot

Telma da Silva Millot has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Telma is currently working as a Lead Data & IA Product Manager at Air Liquide since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at L'Oréal, Research & Innovation where they held several roles including Lead Data Scientist from November 2019 to July 2023, Statistician Project Manager from August 2017 to October 2019, and Statistician from December 2015 to July 2017.

Before joining L'Oréal, they worked as a Biostatistician at Ariana Pharma - Spin-off of the Institut Pasteur from June 2013 to November 2015. Telma also has experience as a PhD Researcher in Biostatistics at Institut National de Recherche Agronomique (INRA) from January 2010 to June 2013. Their early career includes an internship as a Bioengineering Intern at TBI - Toulouse Biotechnology Institute, Bio & Chemical Engineering from February 2009 to September 2009.

Telma da Silva Millot has a Bachelor and Master's degree in Biological Engineering from the Universidade do Minho, a top 3 university in Portugal. Telma then pursued a PhD in Biostatistics/Bioengineering at Université Paris-Saclay, Faculté des Sciences Paris-Sud, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. Most recently, Telma obtained a Certificate in Data Science from Mines Paris in 2022.
