Owen Richards has a diverse work experience history. In 2008, they worked as a Senior Teacher at Brightsparks Co. Owen then joined Forrest Marketing Group as a Sales Associate and later became the Sales & Operations Manager, successfully growing the team and managing numerous marketing campaigns. From 2015 to 2016, Owen served as the Director of Business Development at Reuben Sinclair Ltd, where they built a new business function and team. In 2016, they founded Air Marketing, a full-stack sales and marketing agency. Owen also served as the UK Managing Director for Forrest Marketing Group during the same time. In 2018, Owen established their own company called Roots2Market. Owen later joined ufurnish.com as a Non-Executive Director, advising on business strategy and development. Additionally, they are a Member of Revenue Collective and currently serves as the Founder of Seed Talent, a subsidiary of Air Marketing.
Owen Richards attended Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys from 1996 to 2003, where they studied English Literature, Sports Science, Art, and Theatre Studies. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at Roehampton University (University of Surrey) and earned a BA Hons degree in English Language and Theatre Studies from 2003 to 2006.
