Zachary Higgins

Zachary Higgins currently serves as a Flight Paramedic at Air Methods since March 2021 and also holds the position of Paramedic and Educator at Starke County EMS. Prior experience includes serving as a Paramedic and Education Coordinator at Keener Township EMS from March 2019 to March 2022 and a Paramedic and Field Training Officer at La Porte County EMS from October 2016 to March 2021, where Zachary was recognized as "Paramedic of the Year" in 2019. Zachary began the career as a 911 Paramedic at Prompt Ambulance Service from May 2015 to November 2016, after earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Paramedic from Iowa Central Community College between 2013 and 2015.
