Emma Kelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as GM, Learning at Air New Zealand since February 2024, Emma has previously held key roles such as Chief People Officer at Asia Pacific Healthcare Group and Head of People Experience at Vodafone New Zealand. Emma's career at Air New Zealand spans multiple positions, including Senior Manager of Cabin Crew and HR Manager focusing on Talent and Diversity. Emma founded Intuitive Health and has also worked at organizations such as the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind and The Warehouse Group. Emma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Psychology from the University of Otago.
