Julia Reuvecamp

Julia Reuvecamp is a seasoned transformation specialist with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational change. Currently serving as a Senior Transformation Specialist at Air New Zealand since August 2023, Julia previously worked as a Business & People Transformation Consultant on a freelance basis from January to August 2023. At Bupa, from February 2020 to November 2022, Julia held the positions of Head of Organisational Development - Leadership and Organisational Transformation Lead, where significant contributions included launching Bupa's first digital Leadership Development experience and implementing strategic initiatives to address pandemic-related challenges. Julia's earlier experience includes a senior management role at Accenture, where transformative outcomes were achieved for clients in various sectors, and a transformation analyst role at Telecom New Zealand. Julia holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of Otago.
