Since July 2016, Leigh has held the role of Regional Airlines Operations / Crew Controller at Air New Zealand, contributing significantly to airline operations. Previously, Leigh worked as a Transport Scheduler at Linfox, focusing on efficient scheduling and fatigue audits. A long tenure at Air New Zealand, from 2003 to 2014, involved responsibilities as both a Load Controller and Service Controller, emphasizing customer engagement and brand representation. Early career experience includes managing academic programs and leading a team at Country Road Group as Womenswear Manager, alongside Stockroom Manager duties.
