Maxine Willmers

Maxine Willmers is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand and marketing roles. Currently serving as a Senior Brand and Marketing Specialist at Air New Zealand since October 2025, Maxine has previously held multiple senior positions at Spark New Zealand, including Senior Marketing Manager and Chapter Lead - Retention Marketing, from September 2018 to October 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Westpac New Zealand as Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager and at OVO as Direct Marketing Manager, among others. Maxine also gained experience at Public Health England, Mighty River Power, Porsche Asia Pacific, and Fluxx. Maxine earned a Bachelor of Communications in Advertising Creativity from Auckland University of Technology between 2009 and 2011.
