Nikki Dines

Nikki Dines is the Chief People Officer at Air New Zealand. Nikki has over fifteen years of experience as a lawyer, specializing in employment law. Nikki began their career at Allen & Overy, one of the world's largest law firms, where they worked as an associate for three years. Nikki then moved to Simpson Grierson, another large law firm, where they worked as a senior associate for seven years. In 2011, Nikki became a partner at LangtonHudsonButcher, a boutique employment law firm. Nikki stayed with the firm for two and a half years before joining Air New Zealand in 2013.

Nikki Dines has completed the IWF Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and INSEAD. Nikki has also completed an LLB(Hons)/BA at The University of Auckland.
