Phoebe Liu

Phoebe Liu is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and application management, currently serving as Chapter Lead Systems Analyst and Applications Manager Online at Air New Zealand since February 2012. Phoebe's responsibilities include overseeing a diverse application portfolio related to online booking and public websites, managing multiple squads to ensure technical roadmaps are met, and providing 24/7 support for various online applications. Prior to Air New Zealand, Phoebe held various roles including Senior Business System Analyst at the Department of Health in Hong Kong, where project leadership on the Child Health Services System was key, and Analyst Programmer at EDS Electronic Data Systems, contributing to several government projects. Phoebe holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from The University of Auckland, along with additional qualifications from Hong Kong Technical College and Morrison Hill Technical Institute.
