Robert Cox is an experienced professional in the aviation and electricity sectors, currently serving as Fleet Project Lead - Turboprop at Air New Zealand since June 2022. Previously, Robert held positions as Customer Contracts Team Lead and Senior Operations Planner at Vector Limited, where responsibilities included planning HV network asset releases and managing safety and supply risks. With a significant tenure at Air New Zealand from January 2011 to June 2020, Robert progressed through various roles, such as Project Manager for aircraft storage and Planning Engineer, while also participating in an 18-month leadership development program focused on engineering and maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Administration from Auckland University of Technology and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Technical University of Munich. Robert is also a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, recognized as Air NZ Avionic Trainee of the Year in 2015.
