Scott Hickey

Scott Hickey is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience at Air New Zealand since November 2013, currently serving as Senior Manager of Aircraft Operations for Turboprop. In this role, Scott leads the Turboprop Flight Operations team, ensuring safety and efficiency in ATR and Q300 operations. Previous positions at Air New Zealand include Senior Fleet Manager, Captain of the Dash 8-300, and various management roles focused on pilot recruitment and fleet operations. Prior to that, Scott contributed to Air Hawke's Bay as a Pilot and Flight Instructor, and held an administrative role at Auckland Aero Club. Scott holds a New Zealand Diploma in Aviation from Air Hawke's Bay and has a strong foundation in both piloting and flight instruction.
