Greg Charman

Greg Charman, MBA, CMgr, currently serves as the Talent Business Partner and Group ESG Manager at Air Partner, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of an ambitious ESG strategy. Prior to this role, Charman worked at Horsham District Council for two decades, advancing from an Anti-social Behaviour Co-ordinator to positions such as Community Safety and Wellbeing Manager. This tenure involved oversight of community-facing services and team management. Early career experiences include roles at the South East England Development Agency and Novartis, focusing on executive support and clinical safety analysis, respectively. Charman holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Portsmouth and various other academic qualifications in business and environmental protection.
