Victory Osuji is the Country Head at Air Peace Limited since January 2021, having previously served as an Expatriate Passenger Service Executive at Airpeace Ltd the Gambia from January 2018 to June 2021, where supervision of passenger service executives and sales operations was a key responsibility. Prior to this, Victory held the position of Passenger Service Executive at Airpeace from March 2017 to January 2018, managing tasks such as reservations and ticket bookings. Earlier career experiences include working as an Electronics Teacher at Solomon Grace College from September 2013 to December 2016, and in the installation and maintenance unit during a youth service at the Ministry of Energy, Kwara State, from March 2012 to February 2013. An industrial trainee at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd in 2010 provided foundational engineering experience. Victory holds a Master's in Information Management from Ahmadu Bello University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (2006-2011).

Air Peace Limited, Nigeria’s foremost airline was launched on October 24, 2014, with a record of seven aircraft comprising three state-of-the-art Dornier 328 and four 8 Boeing 737-500 SP Jets. We envisioned a carrier that would fly to the top spot of the airline arm of the Nigerian aviation industry in no time.
