Piotr Paroboczy

Piotr Paroboczy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the agricultural and food industries. Currently serving as the Prezes Zarządu/Head of Country at KWS Group since April 2022, Piotr provides strategic leadership and oversees operations in Poland and the Baltic countries. Previously, in the role of Business Unit Manager at MAS Seeds from September 2015 to April 2022, Piotr managed sales and coordinated annual sales plans. Piotr's prior experience includes an Area Sales Manager position at Cargill, where responsibilities encompassed managing significant sales across Central and Eastern Europe, negotiating long-term contracts with major clients, and overseeing a team of Account Managers. Piotr began a career in sales with Pall Corporation as a Sales Engineer and holds a Master's degree from Wroclaw University of Economics, as well as postgraduate studies in Communication and Public Relations.
