Gary Ironside

Gary Ironside currently serves as Project EHS Manager at Air Products, overseeing a significant air separation unit construction project with a budget exceeding £150 million and fulfilling various safety management duties. Prior to this role, Gary was an HSE Advisor at Fluor Corporation, where leadership and relationship-building with multiple contractor disciplines were critical for enhancing safety practices throughout the civil construction phase. Additional experience includes serving as a SHE Advisor at INEOS Grangemouth, where guidance during major turnaround events ensured compliance with safety regulations, and as an HSE Coordinator at GeoSonic Drilling Ltd, focusing on health, safety, and environmental management systems. Gary's earlier roles include CNC machining positions with Halliburton and DEANS ENGINEERING LTD.
