Horris Dupre

Horris Dupre currently serves as the Turnaround Execution Lead for North America at Air Products, where responsibilities include overseeing approximately 12 annual turnarounds and collaborating with leadership on strategic planning. Previously, Horris held roles as Turnaround Manager and Senior Project Engineer at Air Products, managing turnaround projects and capital projects while leading teams and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Prior experience includes serving as Turnaround Manager/Maintenance Planner and Reliability Engineer at Graphic Packaging International, where planning and maintenance of shutdown work and reliability programs were key focuses. Horris began the career as a Capital Project Engineer Intern and Field Engineer Intern, gaining valuable hands-on experience that complements a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
