Mayur Ostwal

Mayur Ostwal is an accomplished professional in chemical engineering with extensive experience in product development and research. Currently serving as Product Development Team Lead at Air Products since August 2024, Mayur also co-founded HydroGreens LLC in June 2018, establishing a vertical hydroponics farm that employs a direct-to-consumer subscription model for fresh produce. Previous roles include Membrane Project Team Lead at Numat and Research Assistant Professor at the University of Connecticut. Mayur's research background includes positions as Research Scientist at Fraunhofer USA CEI and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, focusing on membrane-based separations and process development. Mayur holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a BE in Petrochemical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
