Nicole Kaufman has worked in the healthcare industry since 2008. Nicole began their career as a Regional Director of Business Development at Cantex Senior Communities. In 2010, they moved to Sava Senior Care as a Division Director of Sales and Marketing and was promoted to Division Vice President, Sales and Marketing in 2018. In 2017, Nicole joined PruittHealth as Vice President of Program Development. Nicole then moved to Prestige Healthcare in 2019 as Vice President, Strategic Development and was promoted to Chief Innovation Officer at Everest Management Solutions the same year. Since 2021, Nicole has been a Board Member at Dwyer Workforce Development and a People Champion at Air Protein.
Nicole Kaufman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education from The University of Georgia in 2003, with a major in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
