Tom Crow has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tom currently holds the position of Head of Strategy & Finance and Chief of Staff at Air Protein, where they oversee the delivery of innovative and sustainable food platform. Prior to this role, Tom worked at Cargill for several years in various positions, including Regional Director for the Americas and Business Development Director. During their time at Cargill, they led the health additive business under the Diamond V brand and had P&L ownership. Before joining Cargill, Tom worked as an Investment Banker at Piper Jaffray and a Private Equity Advisor at Meridian General Capital. Tom also gained experience as a Strategy & Operations Lead at Mercer, where they worked with Fortune 1000 clients on optimizing human capital management. Additionally, Tom served as a Judicial Intern at the Michigan Supreme Court.
Tom Crow has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Tom also holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UCLA.
