Lorenzo Melo is currently the Director of Education at ELITESEAT, where responsibilities include facilitating significant growth for delegates through constructive feedback, collaboration on educational workshops, and ensuring impactful learning outcomes. Lorenzo has also been part of an exclusive experiential learning program as a delegate, addressing real-life business challenges presented by notable industry partners. Experience as an events host at Air Riderz Adventure Park involves managing birthday celebrations with a focus on exceptional guest service and conflict resolution. Previous experience as a team member at Tim Hortons included ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction during busy periods. Lorenzo is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, expected to graduate in April 2027, and is a graduate of Loyola Catholic Secondary School.

In addition to hosting private events, Air Riderz works with the Toronto film and movie community and has been featured as a location for TV shows like Amazon Studios- Dino Dana, web videos and most recently a national commercial for Walmart. Air Riderz offers various activities including open jump trampoline courts, a basketball court, trampoline dodge ball, battle beam challenges, a stunt bag jump, four lane foam pit, a trapeze pit, a Giant Slide, Leap of Faith activity and a one-of-a-kind Climb Zone offering challenging rock climbing walls with a vertical pole walk.
