Bill Phillips

Bill Phillips has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Bill started as the Vice President at Air Temp Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in 1986. In 1993, they joined the Binghamton Breakfast Rotary Club and served as the Current Board Director, Past President, Treasurer, and Past Foundation Treasurer. In 2010, they became a member of the Greater Binghamton Chamber Live Wire. In 2012, they joined the Boys & Girls Club of Western Broome as the Vice President Board Director. Bill also served as the Board Vice President and Treasurer at Magic Paint Brush from 2012 to 2016. Currently, they are a Member of the Board of Directors at Springbrook NY, Inc.

From 1987 to 1991, Bill Phillips attended the State University of New York Cortland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Administration & Business.
