Plumbing - Commercial Service Or Install

Air Temp Mechanical Services, Inc. is Connecticut’s largest independent HVAC contractor. We are a full service mechanical contracting firm that specializes HVAC, building management systems (BMS), energy efficiency and advanced energy solutions for commercial buildings and industrial buildings, we design, implement, and evaluate programs that help our clients achieve their energy efficiency goals. We are seeking a dedicated Plumber to join our rapidly expanding team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Assemble pipe sections, tubings, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment

• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand, specialty piping or power tools

• Plan the layout of plumbing using drawings

• Perform maintenance of water supply systems

• Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems

• Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses

• Coordinate with other trades on site

• Other duties as needed

Requirements:

• CT P1 or P2

• Valid CT Driver's License

• OSHA 10 or 30 Certificate

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds

• Willingness to learn new skills and means and methods

• Willingness to adapt to new process
