Julie Bedard serves as the Performance Director for the Loyalty Program at Air Transat since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Air Canada, where Julie progressed from Manager to Senior Manager in Loyalty Currency Management Development from May 2019 to July 2025, and prior positions at Aimia Inc. and Aeroplan, focusing on redemption optimization, analytics, and product insights. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Université de Sherbrooke, Julie has extensive expertise in leveraging data analytics to drive business value, optimize program performance, and mentor teams in developing innovative strategies.
