Tania Garcia has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tania started their career in 2012 as a Product Development, Marketing & Design Intern at Air-Val International, where they conducted market research, supported product development, and assisted in licensing management. In 2014, they joined GENEU as a Scientific Advisor and Business Development Associate, where they played a key role in brand and marketing strategy, new product development, and business expansion. Tania then worked at Merz Pharmaceuticals as a Scientific Advisor in 2015, where they were responsible for marketing strategy, scientific product development, and quality assurance. In 2016, they joined Air-Val International again, this time as a Communication & Export Area Manager. Finally, in 2011, Tania became a founding member and director of the NGO Fundación Nuria García.
