Prarthana Kher

Prarthana heads the Human Resources function at Air Works, and has been instrumental in setting up policies and processes and a recruitment engine supporting the company's rapid growth. Prior to joining Air Works in 2009, she worked with the Essar Group. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
