Tracy M.

Tracy M. is a seasoned professional in atmospheric sciences and meteorology with extensive experience in technical writing and hydrology. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Verisk Extreme Event Solutions since December 2019, Tracy M. collaborates with research scientists, engineers, and business development teams to document and communicate catastrophic risk modeling for the (re)insurance industries. Prior to this role, Tracy M. spent over 16 years at the National Weather Service, initially as a Meteorologist Intern and later as a Hydrologist, where responsibilities included quality control of observational data and the development of operational forecasts. Tracy M. holds a Master of Science in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology and dual Bachelor degrees in Meteorology and Mathematics from Lyndon State College and North Carolina State University, respectively.
