Iggy Kogan has a diverse range of work experience. Iggy is currently the Head of the Indoor Agriculture Division at Air2O "Intelligent Cooling Solutions" since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a CEA Engineer and HVACD systems expert at the same company from November 2018 to September 2021.

Before joining Air2O, Iggy was the Lead Engineer at The Oasis Fund, LLC from October 2017 to February 2022. In this role, they were responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of over 300,000 square feet of commercial cannabis cultivation facilities in California and Nevada. Iggy also developed an innovative climate control system for integrating a unique aeroponic cultivation technique.

Early in their career, Iggy worked as an HVAC Design Engineer at Norman S. Wright Mechanical Equipment Corporation from April 1990 to January 1993.
