Pooja Pradhan

Pooja Pradhan currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at AIRA since July 2022, after holding the position of Human Resources Executive at ECI for a brief period earlier that year. Pooja has extensive experience in human resources, including roles at NorthOut, where responsibilities involved employee onboarding, maintaining HR systems, and addressing employee queries. Pooja began the career as a Management Trainee in Human Resources at Radisson Blu, focusing on candidate screening and interview coordination. Pooja holds a Master of Business Administration from Acropolis Institutions and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Softvision Institute of Technology & Science.
