Stefan Håkansson

Stefan Heinemann possesses extensive experience in operational management and compliance within the pharmaceutical and research sectors. During a sabbatical since May 2021, Stefan previously served as Assistant Director of Archives and Site Operations Manager at Avantor from January 2009 to May 2021, where responsibilities included ensuring operational performance, compliance, and financial analysis, as well as managing safety protocols related to radioactive materials. Stefan has a proven track record in establishing profitable service lines, notably as Director of Sample Management, and has led teams in biorepository operations at EPL Archives, Inc., alongside engaging in academic research at Old Dominion University. Stefan holds a Master of Science in Oceanography and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Microbiology from James Madison University.
