Kathryn Monkcom has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and coaching. Kathryn started their career in 2016 as a Marketing Executive at Mercurius IT, where they later became the Marketing Manager. During their time there, they successfully managed all areas of digital marketing and achieved significant results, including surpassing monthly inbound leads over outbound leads and contributing to 62% of new business revenue.

In 2019, Kathryn joined Aira as an Account Executive and later became an Account Manager. Kathryn handled various projects related to SEO, Digital PR, Paid Media, Inbound, and Account-based Marketing for clients, including a Klarna competitor and a national supermarket chain. Kathryn played a crucial role in client relationships, project management, and budget management.

Continuing their marketing career, Kathryn worked as a Digital Growth Consultant at Digital Native in 2020. Kathryn managed all aspects of digital marketing for an apprenticeship trainer provider and coached digital marketing apprentices. Their strategic efforts led to the company's first lead from organic search.

In 2021, Kathryn took on the role of a Digital Marketer Tutor/Assessor at Sport Structures. Kathryn was responsible for tutoring and assessing learners in digital marketing standards while developing curriculum and resources for the program.

Later, in 2021, they joined Pull The Pin Agency as the Head of Inbound. In this position, they oversaw the performance and delivery of Inbound Marketing services, including email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM. Kathryn successfully managed team operations, supplier relationships, innovation, and capacity planning. Additionally, they closed a significant account that generated £1 million in new business over two years.

Currently, Kathryn is working at Aira as the Marketing Automation & CRM Lead since 2023.

Kathryn Monkcom's education history includes several programs and certifications. In 2017-2018, they attended Baltic Apprenticeships and obtained a Level 4 degree in Digital Marketing. The following year, in 2021-2022, they enrolled in Full Circle Global and completed the ICF Acredited Coach Training Programme, earning a Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice. In 2020, they pursued an NFCE Level 3 Award in Education and Training at Oxbridge. Prior to that, from 2016-2017, they studied Social Media & Digital Marketing at Baltic Apprenticeships and received a Level 3 degree.

Additionally, Kathryn has obtained various certifications, including Google Digital Garage in October 2016 and Google Analytics Individual Qualification in November 2022. Kathryn also completed several courses at the HubSpot Academy, including Data Integrations, Objectives-Based Onboarding, Platform Consulting, Salesforce Integration, Marketing Hub Implementation, Marketing Software, Sales Hub Implementation, Sales Software, and Service Software. Other certifications include Klaviyo Partner Certification and Klaviyo Product Certified from Klaviyo, as well as Introduction to Data Studio from Google.
