Mohamed Sobhy

Mohamed Sobhy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, performance management, and category management. Currently serving as the Strategy, Performance & Special Projects Manager at talabat since July 2023, Mohamed previously held the position of Category Manager at MaxAB from June 2021 to July 2023. Expertise includes analyzing data for market trends, managing inventory as a Supply & Demand Planner at MaxAB, and facilitating communications as Regional Service Lead at Dell EMC, along with supporting sales operations. Earlier positions include a Supply Chain Specialist role at Nestlé Nespresso SA and a leadership role in AIESEC, where Mohamed co-founded the Backpacking Egypt Project.
