Claire Bird

Claire Bird is a highly experienced professional in indoor air quality and environmental science, currently serving as Associate Director of the Special Technical Group in Indoor Air Quality at AIRAH. Claire has held prominent roles such as Laboratory Managing Director at Litmas Pty Ltd, Vice President at IBEC - Integrated Bioscience & Built Environment Consortium, and Indoor Environment Quality and Science Advisor at COHLABS Pty Ltd. Additionally, Claire has served as Principal - Occupational Hygiene at Greencap. Claire earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Characterising Microorganisms from the University of Essex between 1999 and 2004, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Leicester, completed from 1994 to 1997.
