Adam Krupa

Adam Krupa is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the software industry, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Airalo since January 2023. Previously, Adam held the position of Director of Engineering at Aptitude Software from March 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing the engineering organization, driving software delivery processes, and fostering collaboration across various departments. Adam's earlier roles included Director of Software Engineering and Delivery at Comarch, where skills in team building and Agile methodologies were developed alongside P&L accountability.
