Noel Dsouza

Noel Dsouza is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee life cycle management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Currently serving as Manager HR Operations at AirAsia India since January 2023, Noel previously held managerial roles at Lighthouse Learning Group and AirAsia. Prior to these positions, Noel worked as a Senior Executive at L&T Technology Services Limited, focusing on various HR functions from March 2014 to December 2019. Noel began their career as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Mahindra & Mahindra, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and employee value proposition. Noel holds a degree from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2011.
