Dita Utomo

Dita Utomo is a skilled Senior UX Researcher currently working at AirAsia since January 2023. Prior to this role, Dita served as Design Research Manager at Singtel from March 2022 to September 2022 and as a UX Researcher at Optimum Solutions (S) Pte Ltd, providing research services to Google from April 2019 to April 2021. Dita's experience also includes a position as a UX Researcher at HappyFresh from January 2017 to June 2018 and a Qualitative Research Analyst role at GFK Retail & Technology Indonesia from April 2015 to January 2017. Dita began a career as a Qualitative Research Executive at Kadence International between May 2013 and October 2014. Dita holds a Bachelor of Management degree from Universitas Airlangga, attained from 2004 to 2010.
