Dominic Sinnappar

Dominic Sinnappar is a seasoned professional in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Regional BCM and ERM at AirAsia since September 2019, Dominic is responsible for leading quarterly risk reporting, reviewing policies for compliance with ISO standards, developing risk registers, and coordinating risk management activities at the board level. Prior to AirAsia, Dominic held the position of Head of BCM at UMW Holdings Berhad, where responsibilities included risk awareness initiatives and providing advisory on risk profiles. Dominic's career began at Maxis, where achievements included obtaining BS25999 accreditation, making Maxis one of the first telecommunications companies globally to achieve this. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Tasmania.
