Joel Recto is an accomplished RA Product (Data Analytics) Manager at AirAsia since November 2016, leading a team of 10 in Passenger Revenue Accounting Product and Finance Data Analytics for various airline operating carriers across Southeast Asia. With a robust background in airline revenue accounting systems, Joel previously served as a Systems Analyst, excelling in business needs analysis, requirement documentation, and financial data reporting. Prior experience as a Software Business Analyst at Navitaire involved planning product developments for the Skyledger revenue accounting system, client training, and custom report creation. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with a specialization in Business Intelligence and a minor in Japanese Studies from Ateneo de Manila University, graduated in 2015.
