Siew Siew Ng

Siew Siew Ng is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Operations at AirAsia since August 2022. Previously, Siew Siew held the position of Head of People (Digital Bank) at Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia from August 2021 to July 2022 and has extensive experience at AirAsia, where Siew Siew worked from October 2009 to August 2021 in various roles including Head of HR Connections and HR Business Partner. Siew Siew has led numerous projects focusing on digital transformation, process improvements, talent management, and employee benefits analysis. With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Siew Siew has demonstrated a strong commitment to empowering talent and driving strategic HR initiatives throughout the career.
