Chris Voudouris has extensive experience in the technology field, with their most recent role as Chief Technical Officer at Airband Community Internet. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology and Information Officer at Neos Networks and Managing Vice President at Gartner, where they led the Technology Innovation and CTO group. Chris also held the position of CTO/Head of Digital Business Systems at Network Rail and Vice President at Deutsche Telekom. Additionally, they served as Global IT Director at CGI/Logica and held various roles at BT, including Senior Technology Manager and Technical Group Leader. Throughout their career, Chris has been responsible for developing technology strategies, driving digital transformation, and leading innovation in areas such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and 5G.
Chris Voudouris has a solid education background with multiple degrees in various fields. Chris obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from IMD in 2004. Prior to that, they completed the International General Management Programme (PED) at IMD in 2003. In terms of their technical education, they pursued a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Essex, which they completed in 1997. Before that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Intelligent Knowledge Based Systems (Artificial Intelligence) from the same university in 1993. Additionally, they hold a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, which they obtained in 1992.
