Deputy General Counsel, Payments at Airbnb

Bart Rubin is the Deputy General Counsel of Payments at Airbnb. Prior to joining Airbnb, they served as the Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer at Payoneer from June 2014 to June 2019.

At Payoneer, Bart was responsible for building and leading the company's global legal and regulatory infrastructure and advising on the expansion of the business from a prepaid card program manager to a high-growth global payment services platform. Bart also led regulatory strategy, government affairs and licensing efforts globally.

Bart has deep expertise and understanding of payments laws, regulations, and industry legal issues. Bart is a member of executive management team and counsel to board of directors. Bart also chairs the cybersecurity incident response team, is a member of Risk and Compliance and Global Security Committees, and manages various corporate policies including Anti-Corruption policy and Code of Conduct.

Bart Rubin graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo High School before going on to study economics at The Wharton School. Bart then went on to Fordham University School of Law to earn their J.D.
