Ben Justus

Ben Justus is an executive-level operations and real estate leader with experience in hospitality management across North America and APAC. They founded EGBOK (Everything’s Gonna Be OK), a nonprofit that empowers underprivileged young adults in Cambodia through vocational training in the hospitality sector. Ben has held various leadership roles, including Director and Area General Manager at Sonder Inc., where they managed operations across 19 markets and contributed to the company's growth from Series A funding to a publicly listed entity. Currently, they serve as the Senior Programs and Business Operations Lead at Airbnb. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University.
