Chaitanya Ganoo

Chaitanya Ganoo is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in payments and infrastructure management. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager for Payments at Airbnb since January 2023, Chaitanya leads multiple teams to address the complex payment needs of hosts across over 200 countries, focusing on foundational capabilities and optimizing product experiences. Prior to this role, Chaitanya held the same position at Stripe, where leadership was provided to teams in the Checkout organization, enhancing payment acceptance for merchants. Chaitanya has also significantly contributed to Airbnb in prior positions, including the Engineering Manager of Infrastructure, where oversight was provided to various infrastructure and developer productivity projects. Earlier career experiences include various engineering roles at Amazon and Cisco. Chaitanya holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from COEP Technological University.
