Chen Zhou

Chen Zhou is a seasoned software engineer and tech leader with extensive experience in natural language processing and machine learning. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Airbnb since May 2021, Chen Zhou is pivotal in transitioning the company's search capabilities to support general natural language queries. Previously at Microsoft from April 2013 to April 2021, Chen Zhou led the initiative for integrating large language models into Bing's web ranking, achieving significant advancements through cross-organizational collaboration.
