Denise Kienzle

Denise Kienzle has extensive experience in training and partner management within the hospitality and arts sectors. Currently serving as a Training Business Partner at Airbnb since September 2016, Denise has also held multiple roles, including Safety and Claims Training Specialist and Interim Training Partner Manager for the EMEA region. Responsibilities include overseeing partnership training teams and facilitating both in-person and virtual training, particularly in Regulatory Response. Prior to Airbnb, Denise worked at Hertz as a Contact Center Agent, and at ebookers in various capacities as a Travel Agent. Early career experiences include roles at the Old Market House Arts Centre and Waterford City Council, where Denise was involved in arts installation, event organization, and developing initiatives to promote local filming. Denise holds a Master of Arts in Arts & Heritage Management from Waterford Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Event Management from Technological University Dublin.
