Diya Sen

Diya Sen is a design lead at Airbnb, previously working as a design lead for Luxury Retreats and as a founder and brand and product designer for DSYN.co. Diya has a wide range of creative marketing and branding experience, working with in-house marketing teams to create comprehensive visual marketing strategies, produce creative marketing materials, and enable data-driven marketing. Diya is instrumental in managing and training new team members to improve the overall campaign design process and streamline the workflow across design, CRM, and automation.

Diya Sen's educational career includes a Bachelor of Industrial Design (Honors) from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Industrial and Product Design, as well as GCE Advanced Levels from the South Island School.

They are on a team with Giuseppe Montana - Global Operation & Program Manager Lead, Experiences, Edouard Tabet - Head of Guest Product, and Danielle Zloto - Category Manager, Portfolio Development - Experiences. Diya Sen reports to Catherine Powell, Global Head of Hosting.
