Elie Kahwagi

Elie Kahwagi is a seasoned Creative Director at Airbnb, where responsibilities began in January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Creative Director at Apple from October 2015 to August 2021, focusing on global brand design and marketing for major product launches and retail campaigns, as well as founding the Culture Crew to enhance team cohesion. Elie also held various roles at SYPartners, including Senior Art Director and Design Lead, collaborating on transformation projects for prominent clients such as Oprah and IBM. Earlier career highlights include positions as Art Director at Marc Jacobs and Creative Strategy Consultant at Gucci. Elie holds an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design, an exchange program certification from Columbia Business School in Design and Marketing of Luxury Goods, and a BFA in Graphic Design from American University of Beirut.
