Griffin Dorman

Griffin Dorman is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in product management and design across multiple industries. Currently serving as Product Lead at Airbnb since September 2019, Griffin has focused on safety, anti-discrimination, and identity verification initiatives. Prior to Airbnb, Griffin held the position of Director of Product at Checkr, where significant contributions included growing the product team and implementing machine learning functionalities. Griffin's career also includes leadership roles at Scripted.com and Box, where impactful product innovations and enhancements were delivered. Early career roles at Microsoft included program management for Office for Mac and an entrepreneurial venture as the owner of Bontane, LLC. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.
